I remember recently watching a documentary film called “How to make money selling drugs.” It’s a documentary about dealing drugs and using substances. And Eminem was in it giving an interview in which he openly spoke about his addiction to prescription medications, including Vicodin, Xanax and Valium.

In fact, in the film he captures the state of addiction almost perfectly when he states:

“I don’t know at what point exactly it started to be a problem. I just remember liking it more and more.”

We thought that many people who share the same issues can relate to his claims and would agree with him. At the peak of his addiction, he was taking up to 60 Valium and 30 Vicodin pills a day. In the interview, Eminem also recalls nearly dying after he overdosed on his prescription pills, and says:

“My organs were shutting down. My liver, my kidneys, everything…They didn’t think I was going to make it. My bottom was going to be death.”
