		<description>I do not think that many people with lung cancer or diabetes are looking for people to take extreme pity on them.

Most know it was their problem and their fault and without looking for pity it should be easy for people to be understanding if not forgiving of their choices.

If people look into their own behavior they might also find something they have trouble giving up that might not cause as dire health problems but everyone has it within themselves to be addicted to something.</description>
